Racer of Minsk Cycling Club Hanna Tserakh repeated last year’s success, adding a gold medal in the group race among women to her victory in the individual race of Belarus Championship.

The women's race took place in the urban village of Sopotskin near Grodno. The participants had to cover 124 km (8 laps). The peloton rode the first half of the distance quite calmly. But then came the attacks. As a result, nine person, which included all the main favorites, broke away.

Tserakh's attack on the last lap was unsuccessful. However, this did not prevent the athlete from winning the finishing sprint against her rivals and retaining the champion jersey.

Nastassia Kiptsikava finished second. Hanna Vasilkova took third place.

In the competition among U-23, Dziyana Lebedz celebrated her victory. Iryna Chuyankova and Kseniya Shynkarenka, racers of  Minsk Cycling Club, won silver and bronze, respectively.

But in the junior women race, representatives of the capital’s club took the entire podium. The winner was Angelina Solina. In the fight for second place, Adelina Sakun was ahead of Kristina Yaglinskaya.
