Minsk Cycling Club racers won six medals on the final day of Belarus Track Cycling Open Cup. Three of them – of the highest order.
Elimination races were successful for our athletes. Among women, the victory went to Alina Abramenka. The second place was taken by Hanna Tserakh. In the men's race Yauheni Karaliok excelled, ahead of his teammates Dzianis Mazur and Artur Kiryevich, who took second and third places, respectively.
Another gold medal was won by the racers of Minsk Cycling Club in madison. Duet Hanna Tserakh - Taisa Noskovich in a desperate struggle at the very finish line literally snatched victory from the Russians. In the men's madison, the Belarusian tandem Dzianis Mazur - Yauheni Akhramenka finished only sixth.
