On Saturday, October 1, were held the road races of the republican competitions in memory of B.A. Bolshakov, which ended with the victories of Minsk Cycling Club racers.
In the women's race (90.5 km), representatives of the capital cycling club took the first eight places in the final protocol. The podium was taken by three riders from the breakaway. Hanna Tserakh was the fastest at the finish line (2:23:32). The second place was taken by Nastassia Kiptsikava (0:01). Katsiaryna Rusak finished third (0:11). Anhelina Krasko arrived fourth (4:08), Taisa Naskovich - fifth (4:08), Iryna Chuyankova - sixth (4:16), Valeryia Stsepanets - seventh (8:01), Karalina Savenka - eighth (8:06).
In the men's race (126.7 km) of Bolshakov Memorial Race, there was also a breakaway of three people who decided the fate of the medals. Places at the finish line and on the podium were distributed as follows: the first place was taken by Uladzimir Harakhavik (3:03:19), the second - by Yauheni Karaliok (0:01), the third - by Aliaksei Shmantsar (0:05). All three winners represent the road team of Minsk Cycling Club.
