Hanna Tserakh, a track team racer from Minsk Cycling Club, won three victories at the Russian Track Cycling Cup in St. Petersburg.

On the track of the Lokosphinx Velodrome, the Belarusian won the individual pursuit race, setting a new Belarusian record (3 min. 25.326 sec.). In the same event, Minsk Cycling Club racer Mikita Babovich won the all-Russian junior competition..

The next day, Tserakh won the group points race. The top ten in this event also included Belarusians Iryna Chuyankova (5th place), Taisa Naskovich (7th) and Valeryia Stsepanets (10th).

The third day of the competition brought Hanna Tserakh victory in the omnium. Based on the results of the scratch race, tempo race, elimination race and points race, the Belarusian outpaced her other rivals and climbed to the top step of the podium. Fifth place among women was taken by another Minsk Cycling Club racer Palina Konrad, and seventh in this type of program was Taisa Naskovich.

In the men's omnium, the representative of the capital's cycling club Yauheni Karaliok was in seventh place, and among juniors, Mikita Babovich entered the top 5.

On the final day of the Russian Cup, Belarusian racers became silver medalists in Madison.

Six pairs of athletes from Belarus and Russia took part in the competition. Hanna Tserakh and Palina Konrad showed the second result: in total, the Belarusians scored 34 points, losing 8 points to the winners from St. Petersburg. Iryna Chuyankova and Taisa Naskovich were fifth, Valeryia Stsepanets and Kseniya Shynkarenka were sixth.
