On November 6, the Spanish Mallorca hosted the first stage of the starting season of the UCI Track Champions League. For the only representative of Belarus, Hanna Tserakh, the start in the company of the world track cycling elite turned out to be very successful – the third place in scratch..

The format of the competition implies spectacularity and dynamism, so the organizers limited the distance of the scratch race to 20 laps (5 km). The race did not disappoint - it turned out to be fast and unpredictable. Tserakh, along with two other rivals, broke away. The trio failed to get a lap of distance advantage, but managed to keep their advantage over the main group until the finish line, where our rider was third.

In the elimination race that ended the women's tempo program of the first stage of the Champions League, Hanna Tserakh finished 9th.

After the first stage, the Belarusian takes 6th place in the overall standings.

The next stage of the competition will take place on November 27 in Panevezys, Lithuania.
